Be introduced to a practical, step-by-step framework that includes:

  • Clarity on the definitions of harassment, intimidation, and bullying understate policy and implementing district procedures; understand and simplify the legal duties you must fulfill;
  • Know what to report and what not to report; prepare consistent and objective reports in all district schools; and, know where reports should be kept and who has access.
  • Learn the "how to" skills of interviewing students objectively and thoroughly, making and keeping a record of all interviews; and
  • Learn the FICATM Formula and the McGrath 5-Point Criterion, which are tools for analyzing the issues and detailing the steps to take to reach a fair conclusion.
